    a. A brief re-cap of the basis of your new ideas from the previous proposal presentation
    b. The steady progression of visual development from sketches to final design of all game elements -    from character and environment design, UI, graphic elements - logo, typeface selections, colour schemes etc.

   a. Describe what are the challenges when coming up with the designs

    - the experiences of playing Among Us and Goose Goose Duck to understand art direction

REFLECTION

I realised that Art Direction is very crucial. It's like the backbones of the design. In this module, it feels like a body, consisting of a lot of organs. Once one of the organs (maybe the eyes) not working, then the rest of the other body members will be disturbed as well. Same with this module, we have graphic design, character & environment design, UI, animation, etc. Once one of us can't make progress, it will affect to others. There are many brains and opinions in one group. It is challenging to try combining them into one deal. With various platforms or tools that we used, we tried to revise continuously for the colour schemes, lighting & shadow, and other design elements. By receiving feedback from groupmates, Ms Anis, and other people, we could refine and improve based on the objectives. I have experienced a lot of things, especially in a group activity, which leads me to be more prepared in the future for my internship/ company that has group-based work. I'm very grateful and thankful to take this module with Ms Anis as my lecturer.
