Speech
Speech is one of the most important tools for understanding the story of
      the film.

    - Dialogue
Conversation between characters in the movie. -
          Voice over
The voice of an unseen narrator speaking.
      Sound Effects

    -
            Ambience
Audio refers to the background noise present at a given scene or a location. -
            Hard or "cut" effects
Almost every sound we hear at the movies that aren't dialogue or music is a sound effect. Train sliding door open and close, footsteps, train moving on tracks, the ambience in the train etc.
        Music
to enhance the dramatic narrative and the emotional impact.

      Exercise

In this project, we need to do an audio editing exercise. Mr Martin gives us
a muted video clip and a script from Soul Movie.
      Project 1 - Dubbing

Sync the required audios in Premiere Pro (Speech & Sound effects only,
no music) (click here). Here are the instructions:

    - (Sound) You can add ambient sound at the beginning. The traffic sound effect is quite distracting, once enough.

                    REFLECTION

It turned out that after I followed the module this time, the
audio editing exercise turned out to be quite fun. It's not easy
to imagine sounds like never before, but once you're done, the
results are delightful. I can channel my creativity in this audio
editing exercise. We learn to use Adobe Audition. It's not as easy
as I imagined but it's quite fun and very useful for me if I want
to focus on animation in the future.
